Hi Everyone!

I had a relaxing, uneventful weekend.

QOTD:  I've got to say Hogwarts, too.  Sorry to be such a copycat.

Yesterday I ate:  a protein shake, a Clif protein bar, chili, 2 string cheese sticks, a Clif protein bar.  Today will probably be similar.

Hey yall-

Well we have been busy beavers this weekend- starting Friday- We did buy the camper- If you want to google it for pics (i will try to upload for photo friday) it is a 1959 corvette camper. it is currently black and white but we will eventually get it back to a more period color like blue or aqua. We do have to install an ac and already got a new bed delivered (thanks amazon prime). hopefully we can take it out the first time in July

Sat I went shopping- yep - again- the thrift store had $1 clothes and it seems I've dropped another size so I needed to shop for 8 and 10!

Sunday we did fathers day at my dads house and I cooked bbq chicken, veggies, mac and cheese, corn etc.

Here is what i ate YESTERDAY - to be accountable:

B: carbmaster yougurt/carbmaster milk/decaf

Lunch: shrimp/chicken/squash/broc/

Dinner- 3 oz chicken

Snacks: shirmp/creamer/carbmaster milk/carbmaster yogurt/reddiwhip/ 2 SF popcicles

The snacks were spaced out not all together of course

Not sure about a fictional place, Hogwarts sounds pretty good.

My weekend was super nice. My family made me a birthday cake out of a watermelon with CoolWhip Icing it was amazing. I was so amazed at how great and supportive they were being. Bewtween that and the crabs I didn't do too bad eating wise yesterday.

Time since surgery:  6 months

B:  Double Scoop Unjury Shake

S:  1 egg with cheese and some fruit

L:  Grilled Chicken strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad. Probably won't eat much lettuce but the rest sounds yummy to me.

D:  ??? Need to meal plan
