Whoops, almost forgot to post today... Happy Father's Day!
I'm on my way out to lunch with my family. How about you?
Yesterday Grim and I went to see Finding Dory. Omg, so cute! My favorite Disney movie of all time though is The Little Mermaid. Do you have a favorite kids movie?
B: Fit Frappe Mocha and 2 leftover chicken tenders.
L: fish
D: I doubt I'll be hungry, but if I am, I'll have a yogurt...

QOTD: My fav had always been The Little Mermaid too! And, even though I didn't "make" it happen, it's also Em's favorite!
Today's menu: B: banana protein shake with chocolate PB2 and latte, L: I'm thinking some sort of chicken and veggies, S: latte, green yogurt, pork rinds and jerky, D: noodle-less lasagna and SF pudding. Water and vits on track, 6 miles done.
Have a great day all!
I am on snack attack...can't stop picking. Usually don't bring my scale with me to my son's and do fine- ignorance is bliss- brought it this time and can't seem to get it mentally under control. Ack! Brain!!!!
QOTD: Little Mermaid is one of my favorites as well... Having a boy I watched Teen Age Mutant Ninja Turtle movies like a thousand times...LOL
Pre-B: Ice coffee with 1 cup milk
B: 2 eggs, cheese
S: Kirkland Protein Bar- trying brownie, the Chocolat chip cookie dough was awesome, and I don't even like that flavor. Quest Bar-ish. $17.99 for 20 bars
L: 15 Parmesan cheese crisps, kale dip, chicken
S: Pina colada protein drink
D: Lamb shish-kebob, corn on the cob, zucchini... lamb first we will see about the rest. Making homemade Naan for my son for father's day, can I resist????
S: ??? PB on a spoon
Posting maximum food as I have been in a grazing mood. Need to go to this menu rather than pick. If I don't eat it all, that's good too...

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles would have killed me...
I can't get my eating under control either. I keep posting great meal plans, then eating a whole bunch of unplanned crap along side it. My scale doesn't appreciate it, either...ugh!!
