No longer the sideline Mom

today was awesome. I took my kids to skyzone (indoor trampoline park). Last time we went I sat and watched them jump. I could see in their faces they would have preferred to have me in the action with them- but I knew my weight was beyond whatever the limit was.

Today we went and I was so confident that I could do it- I didn't even check the weight limit before leaving the house. Just went up and bought our tickets. I kind of expected the cashier to say, 'Umm, excuse me but there's a weight limit'-- but nope!

It was so much fun. And I didn't care if my flabby skin jiggled or flapped, cause my kids were in awe I was right there with them. We mimicked each other's tricks-- it was great.

I'll say- I didn't care for the sensation at first-- felt like my organs were moving up at a pace different than what my body moved. When we took a break my son pointed out the weight limit sign and gave me a thumbs up. :-)

This is awesome! I've started to experience some of this myself and it's very powerful!

Its a great feeling to be able to play with our kids and be comfortable doing it.

I am so happy for you. You are doing amazing and I enjoy reading your posts.

I have a 7 year old son and he is my loudest cheerleader, as well. I never thought about the fact, what it meant for him, to have a "fat" mom.

He is so happy now, that I play Basketball with him every evening.

Seeing him so happy, makes it easier for me to follow my plan.....

I bet it is the same for you.....
