If any of you newbies have any questions or answers it use to be this lady up here called Poet Kelly she can answer anything you need.I use to read all her post because i trusted her and she was right too.In July it will be 4 years for me and i havent gained any weight back but i did stumble cross a few problems down the road.

Yes, it seems like those offering support to us early in the WLS lifestyle do stand out as memorable names offering suggestions, calming fears, and cheering on success.  Vitamin questions were quickly replied by her.  I lean toward replying quickly to constipation inquires--yeah  : / 

The best thing about Kelly's vitamin recommendations was that she always noted where she got her answers and opinions from.  I would say probably 99% of vitamin advice is still valid.  Newbies or others with vitamin questions  can use the search button here on OH and pull up her posts.  I believe she got her recommendations from the ASBMS but you'd have to look at one of her old posts to confirm it.  Another good source of vitamin answers and suggestions is Michelle at www.vitalady.com

Just be careful not to take anyone's suggestions and/or guidelines without doing the research yourself.  None of us are doctor's which is why the most informed vets always reference the source of any information they give.

Kelly disappeared a year and a half or so ago. She has only had a couple of posts since thien.

OOPs.  Didn't mean to "like" that - it looks like I like that Kelly hasn't been around.  I should have  mentioned that. 

edited to add:  hopefully it's ok to add that Kelly is fine.  I know sometimes we worry when a regular, especially one that posts frequently, drops off the map.
