I got my custom macros "Blue print" from IIFYM, this is what I should eat to LOSE FAT, according to them.....Yeah I cant do it...nope nope nope.  Cals: 1600, Protein: 130g, Carbs: 135g (of which 30-35 should be fiber), Fat: 60g, 1 gallon of water.

Interesting. My macros are pretty similar, except mine are a little higher. Just proof we all need to figure out what is best for us. We are all so different.

See I haven't played around much with my calories/macros.  Just the thought makes me nervous.  So I don't even know where I am comfortable or what makes me gain and what makes me lose.

Good morning! Happy Friday to one and all. 1/2 day of work for me today, don't be jealous ha. Going to Indy this afternoon for a girl's weekend with my baby girl. Tonight we will pick up our race packets and then head to the mall, where she is going to get her ears pierced for the 2nd piercing. Tomorrow morning is the Bubble Run, then we are hitting an outlet mall on our way home tomorrow. I'm excited! Sunday we are celebrating Father's Day at the lake.

QOTD: I think Boyz to Men. I was about 14, it was pretty fun.

B- irish tea w/ sf creamer, triple zero yogurt

L- 4 chick fila grilled nuggets

D-? we will be out

Totals: not even putting them here, they are dismal. Dinner has to be high protein.

Have a great weekend!

(Oh and if I'm not your FB friend, you haven't seen this before/after pic of me from my first day of Bikram Yoga this week)...I survived much better yesterday than I did the first day.

Sounds like an amazingly fun weekend! There is no way I could do that type of yoga. I am struggling trying to stay hydrated with the excessive heat warnings we've had for a week. Please please make sure you drink tons of water ahead of time, even the night before so you don't make yourself sick! Doesn't it feel amazing to be more active!?

Karen, you are SOOOO right! That first day I literally felt DRUNK all day long. I think I was just dehydrated. Yesterday was much better, but I drank a shake before I went, and a bottle of water during the class.

And YES to being more active! I've always hated exercise, and I'm not loving the yoga during the class (it is not easy for me), but I'm excited about going back and getting healthier. Also I felt great all day yesterday, so much energy.

Good morning and TGIF!!  I so can't wait until 4:00, not that I can go home and put my feet up, have to make pasta salad and cookies for the graduation party.  So making things I shouldn't be eating, but everyone loves my pasta salad and always requests it.  I'll have my daughter do the cookies, she's a better baker than I am.

Congratulations to your sons team, it stinks that they have the playoffs on father's day weekend.   My dd always used to have a softball tournament on father's day weekend.  I kind of miss those tournaments though.

QOTD:  My first concert was The Osmonds at the Boston Gaahhden in (oh dare I say it,) 1972.  I was so in love with Donny.  Le sigh.

B:  I was bad this morning, stopped at DUnks on the way to have bloodwork done.  Had half a sausage & egg muffin, and an iced decaf coffee w/cream.

L:  Chicken

D:  Will have to be cold cuts, I'm not cooking tonight and I brought the last of the chicken for lunch.

S:  Babybel & Mary's gone crackers

I have been eating lots of cold cuts lately because we've had excessive heat warnings every day for the last week. When it's hot I just don't feel like cooking and hubby doesn't like hot food then so I make him pasta salad which I don't eat and I have tuna salad or cold cuts or protein bars. Not exciting but nothing g tastes great anyway so it works just fine. Supposed to cool off a tiny bit over the weekend I hope!

Morning AV. I have a busy weekend planned. My oldest is leaving for Ecuador on Monday, so we've got to get ready. Tonight, after work, I'm running a 5k at the strawberry festival. I wore my race shirt today!

My Nephews Graduation Party is tomorrow, and I offered to help with whatever they need to set up tomorrow morning, so I'm sure I'll be busy decorating or whatever. Then Sunday is fathers day and we'll make the rounds and also try to get the oldest to see his Dad. My hubby got that grill for fathers day, so nothing major for him on Sunday. I did buy a groupon yesterday do a local microbrewery for a tour for 2, and I'll give it as a gift for he and his dad to go, though I kinda want to go too since they make wine there as well.

QODT: My very first concert was Aerosmith in 1988. Dokken opened for them. The show was at Joe Louis Arena here in Detroit, and as I was standing on the floor right before Aerosmith came on, there was a security guy with a flashlight pushing his way past us. We looked up and realized that Don Dokken had just brushed past us, and that he had actually touched me! OMG, it was so awesome!

I've seen a lot of different shows, but I haven't been to one in a while. Tickets to see my favorite band go on sale today and I'm going to get two. Clutch at The Filmore in Detroit on October 28th. I'm so freaking excited. I'm also going to the I Love the 90's tour this summer featuring Salt N Peppa, Vanilla Ice and Coolio, just to name a few. I'm also taking my oldest kid to see Slayer, Anthrax and Death Angel in September.

My plan today is incomplete

10 months 13 days since surgery

B: 2 eggs, 1.5oz turkey sausage and ff cheese. Coffee with cream and splenda

L: chicken salad on 1/2 a low carb tortilla, cucumbers and fat free feta cheese

D: unknown, I'm running that 5k at 7pm, so I'll run home and likely eat something small before the race

S: Gouda cheese and half an apple (I'm out of yogurt, I told my oldest he could have some, so apparently that means he should eat it all).

Totals without dinner:

Calories 667 Protein 63 Carbs 24 Fat 36

Age: 44 | Height: 5' 3" | Starting January 2015: 291 | RNY 8/4/15 with Dr. Arthur Carlin| Goal: 150
