D: cheeseburgah!
TOTALS: Cals: 908 Protein: 88 Carbs: 44 Fat: 47
Have a great day!
Morning AV and all! QOTD: what is your favorite summertime activity? Mine would be camping. I'm sure that's no surprise! Post op 45.5 months and weight at 118.4 today. This heat really sucks. Even when I keep drinking all throughout the day I feel half dehydrated and getting up at 5 am to walk sucks too! Plus I just don't really feel like cooking or even eating either so I've been doing lots of cold cuts. 3.2 miles already done with Lily and will do 30 minutes on the bike later. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c limassol beans D 31/2 oz chicken straps with 1/2 c lettuce mix and dab of blue cheese dressing S pure protein chocolate peanut butter bar. Have a great day everyone and make some wise choices!

Sadly I did this for years....I am so old I am from the age where we lathered the baby oil on and thought we had to burn and peel before we could tan. Needless to say I go see a skin cancer doc every year.
That beautiful bronze glow you have now when you lay out, with age turn into brown ugly ass spots.
OK, I am taking my Mom hat off.
