It`s been awhile

Hello everyone, it has been quite awhile since I have been here....

Can`t exactly remember when I was here last....

I am doing well, celebrated my 8th year on May 30...holding my weight really well....

115 -120....higher in the winter..

How is everyone? I haven`t even scrolled around to see if the oldies are here and to see the newbies...

I do have a question: My bra I have worn for uears is discontinued, and I can not for the life of me find a good bra to hold in nothing but skin, yep, that is all I have left...

Was wondering if anyone has same problem , Lost all boobage?

What bra do you wear? Rather which brand ?

I will post some pics in the morning , I don`t think I have ever posted a photo...

Edited to add, I last posted March of 2015.

I am sure I was on the board though through the summer of 2015, as I usually do not post ..

I'm sorry I can't help you with the bra questions. No matter what I weigh they never are anything but too big.

What habit do you think helped you the most maintain your weight loss?

It's great to see someone 8 years out maintaining well. Thanks for popping in. I am about 4 years and doing great so far,losing all my excess weight. I started at 273 and have been 118 to 123 for 3 years now. Hopefully I'll be you in 4 more years. Thanks for the encouragement that our surgery keeps working if we let it!
