Surgery Date!

Hello everyone   I haven't posted on here in quite a while.  Had my lap band removed in October due to erosion and have done well since then.  Found out recently that I have gastroparesis due to damage to the nerves in my stomach from the lap band.  I'm scheduled for RNY on August 9.  I've been down the WLS road before, so I have an idea what to expect.  However, I would like to hear from some RNY vets or revision from band to RNYers on their experience, what should I plan for, what should I look out for, what was your most difficult or trying thing about having the surgery, what do you find works best for you, and any tips or tricks you can offer.
