1 Month Blues
Pammie,
I have been a little frustrated also because I have been going through the inevitable "3 week stall". It has been going on for 3 weeks....ger, but The scale finally moved a whole pound. So I can feel your pain and frustration, but we will all get through this. Even if you can't see the weight difference doesn't necessarily mean your dad won't see it. {{{{{{Hugs}}}}}}

Nothing Tastes as Good as Healthy Feels!
My 1 month is today. I have lost a total of 46 lbs., 28 after surgery.
I too stalled the last week, but am told this normal. We need to stay the course, and I am getting in the protein and water as required, but am upping my water intake to help.
Keep up your spirits, we are in it for the long haul.
My 1 month is tomorrow. We are so close together! I had a little breakdown yesterday. I'm in the dreaded stall too.
I'm struggling mentally. It is a chore to eat at this point. I am tired of the foods that I can have and most of the time don't want to eat. I get my protein from the shakes I have, so I'm good there. I loved food and it made me happy. Now eating is a chore and no fun.
We both know of the success stories and stall stories! We can get there as others have.
I completely agree with wishing that time would go by. I waiting and waiting for this stomach to get noticeably smaller. I've noticed my pants are a little looser, but I want to be able to see my feet again when I look down. It all takes time.
I go back to the Dr. on July 7th and hoping they release me to exercise. Walking is just so boring to me. I want to go to the exercise classes and do some stomach exercises. I know I have to push myself until I get into a routine.
We can both do this! We have lost weight, not as much as we wanted to. But, it is still something. I keep telling myself it has only been 1 month. It feels so much longer though.
Good luck to the both of us!!
