Good Morning! WTG Matt-great job! So any Big Brother watchers? I have no****ched it before but will be watching this upcoming season since a friend/prior co-workers daughter is on it...Bridgette for those who will be watching.
QOTD: You can never go wrong with the Frigo light and I try to always have some on hand too. My go-to would probably be jerky.

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, 1 slice of bacon
L: Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate
S: SF latte, Strawberry cheesecake L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and beef jerky
D: Cheeseburger salad and some SF pudding
E: 45 mins stationary stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

So after all these years (LOL) I need to know what a stationary stepper is. Are you sitting when you use it? Standing?
