I am accepting all your "close call" vibes.  Mammogram scheduled for first thing in the morning.  Nothing comforting about them working you in ASAP but sooner is better.

Thinking only good thoughts about the outcome of your mammogram.  Keep in mind that most lumps are cysts, so only good fairy dust for you!

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

Good Morning! WTG Matt-great job! So any Big Brother watchers? I have no****ched it before but will be watching this upcoming season since a friend/prior co-workers daughter is on it...Bridgette for those who will be watching.

QOTD: You can never go wrong with the Frigo light and I try to always have some on hand too.  My go-to would probably be jerky.

Time since surgery: 22 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, 1 slice of bacon

L: Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate

S: SF latte, Strawberry cheesecake L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and beef jerky

D: Cheeseburger salad and some SF pudding

E: 45 mins stationary stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1295 Protein:149 Carbs:68 Fat:44
