What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Definitely eat a little something before class and try to get in LOTS of water the night before and morning of.  I had to leave mid class too.  But I was praised by the teacher for "knowing my body well enough".  Apparently people keel over all the time in those classes.

I have never done the yoga class but I always have to eat or drink a protein shake before I go to the gym.  If I dont I get light headed.  Way to go on lasting as long as you did!!!!!

Morning AV. Day 2 of the all sausage diet is here. Mmmmmm.

Go to snack for me is a Quest Bar. Usually chocolate brownie.

6'3" tall, male.

I like Quest bars but the ones that are chocolate based do not agree with me.  My faves are the apple pie and vanilla almond crunch.

Good morning!  Not much action over on the Ontario board these days, so I thought I'd drop in here! My go to snack is cheese of any kind, love me some cheese!

RNY - Post-op 9 weeks.

B - meatloaf

S- Yogurt

L - chicken salad on melba toast with cucumber slices

S - 1/2 quest bar

D - 3 oz BBQ chicken

S - mini kielbasa

Cals 619, Carbs 38. Protein 87

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning everyone! It's a scorcher already at 7 in Illinois. It was 80 at 6 am when Lily and I headed up to do our 3.2 miles. Another heat warning in effect today. I will also do 30 minutes on the bike at some point. Post op 45.5 months and weight at 119 today. Favorite snack used to be  yogurt but now is mission 1 protein bars. Hubby sounds like a keeper Kristen! Here's the menu for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L senior meal today so not my favorite toppings off meat pizza and 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c green beans S Pure Protein chocolate protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices!

Go Hubby Go!!  I do all the grocery shopping for our family, I may be a smidge controlling when it comes to grocery shopping! LOL

QOTD: Go to snack....greek yogurt I guess.  Although a cheese stick is more portable.

I went a little crazy with the Smartfood while home resting yesterday.  Oh well.....

I have Hannah's Parents against kids softball game tonight, hopefully my Mom will be there to keep an eye on the boys so I can play!!

M1: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate

M2: Dannon L&F Greek cherry yogurt w/ 30g slivered almonds

M3: Sweet & Spicy tuna packet, celery sticks w/ 2 LC wedges

M4: Frigo light string cheese, 17 turkey pepperoni

M5: Canned tuna w/ 1.5 tbsp lite mayo, 1c raw baby spinach

Totals: Cals: 835  Protein: 102  Carbs: 31  Fat: 33

HW: 328 Program start weight: 309 SW:275.8 CW: 154.6 (12/14/16)
