What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Yesterday I ate "junkish" food and felt so blecchy from it that today, I am really motivated to "eat clean."
Brkfst: Small corn tortilla toasted with FF refried beans & lowfat/highprotein cheese, topped w lettuce before folding (my breakfast burrito, a favorite that never fails to satisfy me!) + 1/2 orange.
Snack/Liquids: 1 small coffee w/almond milk & 1/4 tsp sugar. Followed by 20 oz water.
Lunch: Healthy Choice Simply Cafe Steamer, Chicke & Veg Stir Fry. This was really good. And no junky or artificial ingredients!
Snack/Liquids: 20 oz water followed by 20 oz unsweetened iced tea.
Supper: Not sure yet. Probably romaine w/edamame or grilled tofu, or mashed beans inside a lettuce wrap, or carrots w/ hummus, plus some fresh fruit. Maybe a bit of leftover basmati rice to add texture. On second thought, no rice; it doesn't make me sick but it doesn't make me feel good, either.
Desperately need to use up the huge bag of curly kale someone gave me. I don't like kale alone but it's okay IN stuff. Any ideas?

I've never read a more beautiful series of words than "crème brulee French toast with berries". Damn the man.
I'm so excited that I finally get to post on this thread... Progress is a wonderful thing I've been given my doctor orders to progress to soft foods today.
