Good Morning! I need to buy more dresses and skirts! I wore a dress yesterday but am sporting navy capri pants today. Congrats to your son, that is so awesome!!
QOTD: I did lots of dance (I loved tap dancing) and then did several years of amateur competitive roller skating..don't laugh!! I will share a pic that I think I have posted before that was taken before a competition.

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, 1 slice of bacon
L: Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate
S: SF latte, Cherry L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and beef jerky
D: Grilled cheeseburger salad, baby carrots with spicy hummus and some SF Jello
E: 6 miles this morning and elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Morning everyone! Can we just wake up tomorrow and it be Saturday already??? Monday kicked my ass and that's all I am going to say!
So glad Michael is kicking butt in baseball! My hubby was a Band Geek & a total Math Geek and a Phenomenal Athlete, so no worries, Michael's got this! Speaking of hubby, he is quite possibly the sweetest man on this earth but... clueless on bday gifts LOL Its my bday on Saturday and this morning I get "I don't have a gift for you so why don't I take you shopping on Saturday and you can buy yourself a gift". Thanks honey... so the same thing we have done for the last 16 years HA HA HA. He's so sweet but blanks when it comes to gifts!!
QOTD: I was a major active kid. We had a swimming pool in the backyard from the time I was born, so I was in swimming lessons, got all the way up to Lifeguard and swam everyday of my childhood when the pool was open that I remember. Did a ton of cross country skiing as a kid cuz we lived in the boonies. Did figure skating from 3-13 yrs, did Ballet & Jazz dance from 8 -16 yrs, played softball (centre field), played soccer (right full back), played basketball (guard) but sucked so quit, tennis club at school (was best in my class), rode my 10 speed bike everywhere (no transit system back then), tons & tons of rollerblading ****il I broke my ankle at 25) then I discovered the gym and Aerobics, specifically step classes were and are my passion, its old school but really fun and a great workout. Now post surgery I am a runner, I always wanted to be a runner and here I am (and still love the gym and my step classes)!!!!

V/W: vits are done, calcium on alarms, lots of coffee/tea/water with splash of SF cranberry juice
E: running errands at lunch, will walk the dogs later in the evening when I get home from Doctors appt
