Welcome back. You were missed.
QOTD: We rocked skirts and dresses and stuff all week. Had some great discussions about carbs, body image, addiction, and feelings. Pretty good stuff all around.
Feeling really down and in shock due to the terrible mass killing in Orlando this weekend. Feeling in a bit of a fog. As a queer woman with a gay trans son and a lesbian daughter these are my extended family we lost. I spend Saturday evening at a Diversity panel that was hosted in a gay bar. Basically makes me realize that there but for the grace of God go I. This easily could have been my children or myself. It is so very sad.
I have my 8 month follow up tomorrow with my surgeon. I have been having bad leg cramps off and on since CAMAW week. Yesterday they were terrible. I ended up miserable on the couch most of the day. I've tried hydrating, supplements, different foods, and crying about it. None of these seem to help much. Going to ask my doc tomorrow and hope to figure out what is going on.
Menu today is a mess because I didn't go shopping yesterday. I brought Greek yogurt for breakfast and lunch. A cheese stick and an apple. Dinner is a mystery. Will stop at the store after work. I am thinking hamburgers but will check to see what my Guy thinks.
No totals because...reasons.
