The store is owned by three women, two named Beth.  So of course it was meant to be that I would find things there that I liked so much.

The 100 year old stone building used to be the conference center for the bank I used worked for, it was originally a barn, then an ice cream place, and a few other things in between, really cool old stone building, repurposed once again for this store.

I've gotten a lot of stuff from Seoane's. Great place.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

QOTD: Em graduated from 6th grade and got braces.

Time since surgery: 22 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, 1 slice of bacon

L: Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate

S: SF latte, Blueberry L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and beef jerky

D: Grilled chicken breast, baby carrots with spicy hummus and some SF pudding

E: 45 mins stationary stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Welcome back Kristen! I am glad to see you back! I rocked a dress or skirt every day last week, and now I'm glad to be back in pants. I had a fun and busy weekend. Saturday was preparing for my party and getting my hair done. I wanted to go shorter on my hair but the new stylist I went to talked me out of it. She said with the way my hair was currently cut I'd have to go pixie cut or have a couple awkward holes in my cut that would look clunky. She said if I still wanted it short the next time I go in, she'd do it because it would have some more time to even out, but I am just now sure what I want with my hair. Blah, I'm having issues with the way I look, so I'm going to try to figure something out.

I had that party yesterday and it was awesome. you know, i totally forgot to get pics of the boards I did, but a couple of the girls that came posted these ones, so I'll share them here. I'll take pics of mine tonight and post them tomorrow.



as for your QOTD, what you missed from me last week was a lot of complaining about my body image and a pic of my skirt/dress everyday. Not much! LOL

10 months since surgery

B: 2 eggs, 2 center cut bacon, 1 FF Cheese and coffee with cream and splenda

L: Romaine Salad with 4 cherry tomatoes 3oz of chicken, 1 slice of bacon crumbled up and 50g of avacado with the Bolthouse Farms Avacado Cilantro dressing (haven't tried it yet)

D: turkey burger with lettuce, tomato and mayo

S: Light and Fit Greek yogurt

totals:

Calories 854 protein 82 carbs 31 fat 46

I had ice cream and lots of corn chips this weekend. I also made my bacon wrapped chicken skewers and skewered shrimp with old bay and some with a spicy mango marinade. I liked the old bay ones better. I also made an avacado, cucumber, tomato and onion salad for my party yesterday. It was a huge hit. What I'm quite happy about is that I didn't drink very much this weekend at all. I tried to have a glass of wine Saturday night and fell asleep on the couch before I was halfway done. Then last night after everyone was gone and the baby was in bed I poured a glass and it gave me a horrible tummy ache. Well, I'm not sure if it was the wine of the ice cream, but I'm going to chalk it up to both of them and not have any for a bit. I think my body is telling me to stop.

Here is a pic of my youngest who fell asleep on me at around 5:30 last night. As expected, he was up at 3, but my most awesome hubby got up with him. I believe I own that man something special for being so freaking awesome. He busted his ass around the house this weekend.
