I love chicken as much as you do, I probably eat chicken 5 times a week. Always have. It's quick, it's easy, and if you do it right it's delicious.
Had a great weekend, family get-together on Sunday, got to see my niece and her family that live in VA, so it's nice to catch up with them.
Did some retail therapy yesterday, found a great place with awesome and well made re-imagined furniture. I purchased a new coffee table for the den and a new decorative shelf for my dining room.
B: 2 scramble eggs, coffee w/cream
L: Chicken, whole wheat pita, cottage cheese
D: Shrimp, roasted zucchini, tomato & onion
