What's on your Sunday menu, RNYers?
i'm glad you are having such a good time- I need a vacation again STAT!!!
5k race yesterday was SO FUN! DH actually came with me and walked the entire thing. I jogged it all except for 2 hills where I had to switch to walking. Made in 46 min which is a new personal record for me (I jog soooo slow). It was for the humane society and everyone it seems brought their dogs, even the chihuahuas and other toy breeds that were NOT meant to jog. everyone ended up carrying them after the first 15 min. We left our 4 chi's at home. I'm sure they were very happy for this.
i'm officially 30 pounds from goal this morning 6 months from surgery this week). I'm very excited for this, and I've started to get the comments from people are how i don't need to lose more- I'm still 'overweight' for the next 10 pounds so I will continue to ignore the well meaning but misguided people telling me to stop until I'm under my goal.
