Warning: Food Porn ahead!
Good morning from vacation paradise! You know who has no business writing a healthy food post? This girl. Oh god, the things I ate yesterday... We skipped dinner and ate went to a local favorite called Back Door Doughnuts, where you wait in line for ages outside in a parking lot and then they take your order and make the doughnuts fresh to order. Holy crap.
QOTD: Does your town have a cool local place that does something unique like Back Door Doughnuts?
Back to the mainland today and so back to rules (after I finish my leftover doughnut this morning...).
Hope you all make better choices than me today!!!

No my town doesn't have anyou unique eating places. Thank heavens because I surely don't need to live next door to homemade donuts! Lily and I got up at 530 to beat the heat and already got our 3.2 miles in for the day. Supposed to be a scorcher here today and it's already humid. I will also do 30 minutes on the bike at some point today. Post op 45.5 months and weight at 120 today. Had a good time at the cowboy shoot yesterday and kept score for them. Today I'm getting ready to head up to church to set up for coffee hour, then Sunday school and church. Then home to make lunch and do some housework. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz sausage 1/2 c green beans D 1/2 c chicken salad 1/2 c broccoli S Pure Protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some wise choices!
Good morning menu gang. The only thing we have near us is a homemade ice cream joint. Dear Baby Jesus it is delicious!!! The line is usually horrific but so worth it. Tomorrow is my three month check up. I'm excited and nervous

Hi everyone!
QOTD: Ugh, I live in Reno, and casino buffets are as exciting as it gets. I'm a recent Portland transplant and there's lots of neato stuff like that there. One of my favorites was a place called Waffle Window, it was just a walk up window in the side of a building that makes gorgeous pearl sugar waffles with a myriad of toppings, both sweet and savory. And I can't forget Dream Girls Espresso, where scantily clad "bikini" baristas serve my favorite coffee in town.
Meals are up in the air today, except low carb Chicken mozzarella. Defintely not Mr.Cheese O's.
Have a great day!
