Good Morning Everyone!
Happy Birthday Weekend to Grim! I am starting my Birthday celebration this weekend, too, since my birthday is Tuesday!
What I ate yesterday was: a protein shake, muscletech mission 1 protein bar, Mr. Cheese O's, a power bar protein bar, broccoli & cheddar soup & Salisbury steak. Added up to too many calories, but I'll try to do better today. Partly it was because that was from 6 am yesterday until 2 am this morning.
Exercise: Hoping to walk the dogs if it isn't super hot out.
Have a fantastic day everyone!

I wonder why our plans are all so different, my plan doesn't want me to eat more than 3 power bars a week after 6 months, and none before the 4 month mark, Dr.'s all have such different ideas!
The pic of you two is precious!!!! We had an excellent anniversary yesterday. My food choices this week have been spot on. I am super proud of myself.
B-Vanilla Premier Protein shake w/ 1tsp PB2
L-Ham and cheese rollup
D-Something grilled
S-HB egg
S-String cheese
I hope everyone has a fantabulous weekend!!

Good morning! I can't say it enough that you guys are just too adorable! Glad you're having a great time. Nothing really planned for the weekend-just running a few errands today. Feeling bad for Em as she is sore from her braces and between the pain and pre-teen hormones she was crying last night when she couldn't floss and wanted to rip the braces off. I am thankful that she seems to be feeling better this morning.
I can understand being frustrated about forgetting the Fitbits.... Feels like a waste of steps right?!?!
My menu today: breakfast was a latte, and banana protein shake blended with ice and powdered chocolate PB, lunch is TBD as we are most likely going to be out and about, dinner will be a chicken patty and carrots, snakes will be the usual. Got my 6 miles in and water and vits are started. Totals will be between 1000-1100.
Hope everyone's day is great!
Hope you guys have a great weekend, it looks nice there.
its hot and humid here in Texas so I think my spin class this morning may be all the exercise I get today.

I'm baaaaaaaack. I have literally had the week from hell at work and it completely consumed my life. I had gotten to the point of saying "screw this, I'm gonna go bag groceries for a living", even typed out my resignation letter, but my boss talked me back to reality.
I haven't eaten much, but what I have eaten has been terrible (for me). I'm not eating cookies or candy or anything like that, but I've had no problem with a couple of bites of pizza and other food items I wouldn't normally touch. Watermelon. I drank a Diet Dr. Pepper.
Can someone settle this for me, can we have diet soda or not, everything I read tends to be 50% yes and 50% no.
Surprisingly, the scale still shows a loss, a small one, but I was really surprised. I have to get everything back on track, I didn't go through all of this to fall right back into my **** eating habits again. I'm really upset with myself.
So far today I've had a bit of scrambled eggs with feta cheese and spinach.
I'm thinking about chicken for dinner.
Sorry about my rant, but one more thing, I was SO EXCITED, I found Mr. Cheese-Os at Costco, and everyone here seemed to like them, I ran home and tried them....ummmm. They're really weird. I wouldn't go so far as to call them disgusting, and I didn't feel the need to call 9-1-1 after I ate them, but they aren't very good. They have a strange aftertaste, you guys can have mine...LOL. The Moon Cheese at Starbucks is WAY better, I highly recommend trying it.
