revisions in tampa bay florida

Hi family, I received my vertical sleeve in 2012 and my total lost was 141, however I have gained about 50 back before the stall at 179. Dr bellows did my surgery at the time, and he told me that I could use this as a stand alone surgery without the rny. Can anyone recommend me to a doctor in tampa, florida that will do revisions to my sleeve with medicaid as insurance? My fiancee lives out there and this will be my home soon. I just want to find doctor that I can follow up with this. please advise. thank you

You have to ask yourself why you regained.  Was it because you let bad habits come back or is there a medical reason your sleeve no longer works?

If your regain is from eating to much and the wrong foods most insurances will not approve a revision.  They want to see a medical reason for a revision. 

You may want to contact Medicaid directly and ask them if they allow revisions and what doctors they have on their list.

I regained because i was in an abusive relationship and started to binge eat.
