Don't tell your husband, but sometimes I buy the Hormel brand Turkey Chili with no beans in the can and put it on hot dogs.  he'd probably shudder at canned chili, lol.  It's got a good protein to calorie ratio if I get the turkey instead of beef.

I'd be inclined to agree with your hubby!  I'm not a big fan of beans but eat them because they are in there.  What does he put in his chili?

My Guy's Texas Chili = Meat, seasoning (chili powder, salt, pepper), tomato sauce, diced tomatoes. Then serve it over Frito chips with diced raw onions on top.

LOVE the dress- I haven't ventured above the knee yet because my knees still look fat.

Your knees are awesome compared to mine!  I can't stand my legs!! They are my least favorite part of my body.  Always have been. I have never been able to see my ankle bones before though so I think I will have to learn to love them.

Honestly this dress is a little shorter than I normally wear.  I bought it in a rush at Ross a few weeks ago, it was only 12 bucks so I didn't even try it on. Got home and it was much too tight and short.  Today it seems pretty comfy and the shortness I see as an opportunity to expand my horizons.

Also last night I discovered my dryer is broken so if I need to work on a street corner to get cash together for the repair I will be all set. LOL ;)

trust me- your knees are way smaller than mine!

maybe you can sell some of your too big clothes for money for a dryer!

Love the dress.  I'm glad we have this page for support as well.  It really is helpful.

It really does help.  I had to figure out how to even use My Fitness Pal so that I could post my daily menus.  That practice alone has made a huge difference I'm sure. The emotional support and comfort of not feeling alone in this is priceless.
