Good day,

Where would I find a good meal plan to follow after RNY?

Also how many calories should one eat daily with once they have had the RNY?

Your surgical site should provide you sample meal plans and all kinds of nutritional information to follow.

Every centre seems to be different, especially in Ontario. You will go through different stages, all according to your surgeon.

Every surgeon is different and they should have given you a step by step eating plan, call them. If not, here is a great guideline for you.
