liquid egg albumen and lactose intolerant...

it tasted fine to me not eggy. A bit thinner than some and not as sweet. Some grocery stores carry it too

HI Brian.

You are vet so I know I can look up to you.

I reviewed my protein powders that I got last night. While some had eggs (and maybe inherently egg albumen) none had egg albumen listed as an ingredient.

Can you explain what egg albumin does?  Like for western blots (in science) we would use it ...but we werent eating our protein gels. We were LOOKING for a protein.
