What is on your Tuesday Menu RNYers?

Hi everyone:

 

I actually don't own any skirts or dresses! I have to remedy that and try wearing one to work. We can wear jeans every day so I get stuck in the casual rut.

 

QOTD: I'm getting a little sick of meat, but my NUT says I have to be "sneaky" to get protein in. That's why I like those protein cheesecakes I mentioned earlier this week; tasty and sneaky :)

 

I found out that I'm low on iron so now I'm on an iron supplement. Joy! More pills! . I think I'm drinking too much coffee and that's having an effect on my iron. So I'm going to cut back.

 

B: Protein cheese cake, venti skinny vanilla latte

 

L: Leftover beef stir fry (filet mignon with bleu cheese sauce)

 

D: I'm going to attempt to eat Indian food; I'm meeting Mom at a great restaurant in town. I think I'll have chicken tikka masala.

qotd: I'm on a strawberry kick. I just started cutting up a strawberry and adding it to my sf chocolate jello Pudding and yogurt. Adds a new dynamic of taste.

I don't do recipes-- I cook what I know, the idea of having to search specific ingredients to make a meal gives me anxiety. 

 

m1: 1/2 c egg beaters, 2 oz cooked ham

m2: Greek yogurt, strawberry, granola

m3: turkey burger with cheese

m4: 6oz meat sauce with ricotta and mozzarella
