What is on your Tuesday Menu RNYers?
Hey people
I took yesterday off work- to go have fun! We shopped and I found a thrift store having a $1 sale- got several dresses, pair of jeans, denim jacket, and a few others for $9!!!
QOTD: since I'm technically on liquids for two weeks due to this ulcer/GERD, I've been fixing cream of chicken soup with one tablespoon of lower sugar pasta sauce and 1/2 cup cottage cheese. It sounds gross I'm sure but it is yummy and I get my protein in.
That is all I have to report- Dr appt next wed to find out what the heck is wrong with me.
Oh, and I'm not posting my menu- it will bum me and you out.
Its liquids and annoying.

QOTD: I haven't tried anything new lately, but I've pinned a few good ones. I am making a favorite this weekend for a get-together, "kickin chicken bacon bites" chicken wrapped in bacon, dipped in a mixture of brown sugar and cayenne pepper. I'll make a few for myself without the sugar/pepper mixture.

Thanks for the compliment... While PS took the skin away I totally attribute the muscles/definition to doing The 21-day-fix by Beachbody for 5 months. Usually 3 weeks on, 1 week off.... just worked out that way...my little 30 minutes a day...it works. Didn't like 21 day fix extreme.... but recently have also done 22-minute hard corp, and now am doing the Cize dance videos. Will go back to 21 day fix for awhile once I am cleared for full exercise...

Good morning all!
Second day back to work!! Yesterday went really well but I got side tracked a few times and let the time slip away without eating. I noticed quickly when I started to get all foggy so today's goal is to set the alarm on my phone to remember to eat :).
M1. Greek yogurt and I'll prob get a HB egg at work
M2. 2 oz pork and a few bites of grilled acorn squash
M3. 2 oz canned chicken with salsa
M4. I have no idea
snack homemade protein bar

Hello Tuesday! Loving the dresses and skirts! You are all so beautiful!
Another day another dollar, right? Skirt picture included! I love this skirt. It is all sorts of out of my comfort zone...it is short, it is a pencil style, and it is a size six. Also I got it for $10 bucks at a re-sale shop a few weeks ago and hadn't tried wearing it yet. Wheee!
QOTD: My lunch today which is left over from last night is a new thing. I browned ground beef with diced onion and garlic then filled large tomatoes with it and baked it at 350 for 20 minutes. Super tasty and low carb high protein. The family all hated it and said it was too bland but I loved it.
