QOTD: the grilled Halloumi cheese I had on Saturday was brand new to me, as was the mesquite grilled leaf lettuce. Unexpectedly delicious!

I haven't really had any hard cheese yet, except for the two samples I had at the grocery store (two different times, 1 sample each time). I chewed them really well and they sat just fine, but it was just a sample...
I may get it because the rest of the family will go bonkers over it, and I can 'sample' a piece or two and see how it goes.
I love bread cheese, and this reminded me of it.
