Good morning! You look great in that dress, NYMom, and the results of your exercise and PS (flat tummy) are really evident!

QOTD: the grilled Halloumi cheese I had on Saturday was brand new to me, as was the mesquite grilled leaf lettuce. Unexpectedly delicious!

B: roast beef

L: chicken breast with wildberry jam

D: low sodium ham

S: yogurt w fresh blueberries, chicken nibblers

Grilled Halloumi is one of life's great pleasures :) You'll love it!

Halloumi is delicious!  I ate it for the first time when I was in Israel.  We ate as much of it as we could when we were there.

Can you have hard cheese - like cheddar - on your soft foods diet? Halloumi's a bit firmer and chewier than regular hard cheese, but doesn't have fiber, skin or seeds, so it is likely fine as long as you chew it well.

I haven't really had any hard cheese yet, except for the two samples I had at the grocery store (two different times, 1 sample each time). I chewed them really well and they sat just fine, but it was just a sample...

I may get it because the rest of the family will go bonkers over it, and I can 'sample' a piece or two and see how it goes.

I love bread cheese, and this reminded me of it.
