Soy Milk or Almond Milk?

I was using that Hood Calorie Countdown milk but after I learned about the nutritional benefit of Almond Milk, I have switched to the unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk. It takes an adjustment; anything does when you change from what you're used to. But, I have found that my face is more clear, my body doesn't get bloaty, etc. when I consume as little 'cow product' as I can.
If you don't want to do dairy for some reason, my vote is with the unsweetened vanilla cashew milk... not as watery as others, so feels like you are drinking milk. I buy it at target. For Dairy milk, I have been using fairlife, lower carb and higher protein.

I drank espresso with banana cream flavored isopure ( no carbs) and fat free powdered milk .
I did try almond milk lite at one point and it made me lose rapidly .
Being a semi-vegetarian I like the calcium I get from the powdered milk though it is a lot of extra calories.
