Mmmm Fantastic lunch!
I often pair either chicken or steak, and even pork with mushrooms and some sort of wine based sauce. My favorite is Chicken Marsala.
Mushrooms are my go to side. They have been for many years-and I never get sick of them.

Wow! I bet it was a hit! It's really a pretty easy dish for me to make considering how yummy and rich it tastes. Not having to bread the chicken is a huge time saver.
I have to leave out the mushrooms for most of 3/5ths of my family. My hubby and sons "hate" them. "They're yucky." says my 55 year old husband.
