What is on your Saturday Menu RNYers?
A srichia chili modified with refried beans and tomato paste to be RNY friendly and thick.
A spinache tomato ricotta back (for breakfasts).
Bratwurst (for lunches)
This should carry groomy and I through the week!
Going to look for that buffalo chicken that corrine was talking about. If i find it, the menu changes!!!

Thanks for getting us started! Happy Saturday. It's already hot here in central CA so I'll be indoors most of the day, except for the baptism tonight :)
QOTD: I'm a Fall girl all the way with early Spring being a close second. I strongly dislike Summer so I'm thankful for air conditioning!
My menu will look something like this today: latte and I'm thinking a banana shake for breakfast, salad topped with tuna and boiled egg for lunch, latte, jerky, pork rinds and yogurt for snack, dinner is TBD since the baptism is at 6 which is about dinner time but I'll throw a protein bar in my purse just in case. Totals will be under 1200 with protein around 130 and carbs around 70. Exercise done-got in my 6 miles and Vits and water on track.

Rode my new excercise bike this morning to remind myself how out of shape I am. Yikes. I.Can't.Even.
Anyways, after that wake up call, there's no more fooling around. I have a BBQ for work today (hooray for work activities on the weekend -eyeroll) and I'm sticking close to the meat.

QOTD: I'm a sweatshirt and yoga pants wearing winter lover. Summer requires me to show way too much skin.
Love me some cozy couch time as well... You will feel better about showing the summer skin when you get further out... I didn't start 'formal' exercise until I lost 100lbs... up until then it was walking, power shopping, and dancing in the kitchen :)
