Calories per day?
We are all different. How many do you consume now? Are you trying to lose or trying to maintain? If you are trying to lose and you are losing, then you are eating the right number of calories for you. If you want to lose more and you are not losing, you are eating too much.
I am almost 8 years out. I consume 2000 calories a day to maintain.
ETA, While I was losing, I did not consume more than 900 calories a day.

I was really bad for a while and starting to get off track. I just recently started eating lean and tracking my calories with my fitness pal. I'm wanting to lose. The parlay couple days I've been between 900-1000.
900-1000 is maintenance calls for many of us. i would drop it back to 700-800 for losing
When actively trying to lose kept it below 1000 calories. I was usually in the 750-950 range.
