itching - tell me I'm not alone!
Since surgery I have been itching all the time, mainly my hands and feet, but my arms and legs and stomach as well. Early on I thought maybe my skin was just dry from being dehydrated. Now I am drinking a lot every day and my skin is definitely not dry, so what could it be???? It's driving me insane!
itching can be a sign of the body detoxing. Eating healthy and drinking lots could be causingi a natural detox.

I do get itchy. My back was the worst. Exfoliating works. For the last week I've developed a rash on both my arms; they itch like crazy. Has anyone else had this. It's like an allergic reaction, but I haven't tried anything new. It's a really ugly *****ly red rash; only on my arms. Any ideas?

Using a loofah is a good decision. Just make sure that you replace it after a couple of months because after that there can be bacteria and fungus in the loofah and may cause more itching. You can read this blog for more information on that http://www.dispenser.com/blog/organizedbath/use-a-loofah-her es-what-you-need-to-know/. Also always keep your skin moisturized, this will help reduce itching.
