All my flowers are getting smaller a la "shrinky dink" style. They are still proportional, just smaller. Weird, right? Also...they make my 'wings' seem less noticeable because the skin is decorated. Folks tend to see the tats not the hanging skin.
Tattooing on loose skin post WLS or other drastic weight loss can be tough. The artist has to be aware of the weight loss and you should discuss with them if they feel able to tackle it. Basically they have to do a whole bunch of what they call "finger stretch" wherein they stretch the skin out with two fingers and tattoo in the stretched sections. It is slow going and hard work for them. Also it is tougher to sit for because the ink has to be packed in for the final tattoo to appear well done. Good times!

Thank you very much. TINY? Weird... never thought anyone would say that in any serious way. Man, how life has changed since surgery. Pretty darn cool.
