Man, now I feel self conscious
I have decent muscle tone ( surprisingly, since I don't do weight training ) and they still sag, but I was SMO with huge upper arms for over 20 years. It is what it is.
When I had my surgery, one of my nurses was a few years post RNY. Her arms were perfect, and she hadn't had surgery on them. I knew mine wouldn't look good without surgery. My very sweet MIL always reminds me of how the nurse's arms looked and tells me mine will look like that at some point. I just don't have the heart to tell her how wrong she is. Every time I see her "Your arms look smaller!" No, no they don't, but thank you for saying so.

Oh..mine are terrible. I wear camis that come right up to the pits, and still have skin sagging over. Oh well. Guess I shouldn't have bought a car with my plastics money...lol.
I think it's Lady Tazz who calls her armpits "The Pits of Despair". That just cracks me up every time I think about it. Someone else, can't remember who, calls hers bat caves.
Ahhh...gotta love post WLS humor.

Yes, glad there is spray deodorant available for my "pits of despair." In reference to awkward situations, here's what helps to somewhat deflate the hurt: When I've been asked an embarrassing question, I chalk it up as payback for when I've done the same. My lesson learned: no matter how old a person looks accompanying a child, do not assume it is a grandparent. My payback moment: the gal that asked for my due date knew I was pregnant but didn't know the baby was already born.
Too funny - gives new meaning to "Forgive me my trespasses as I forgive my trespassors."

The shirt is cute but it kind of accentuates it a bit. (Love ya - don't be mad).
And your arms are awesome- I'm so jealous- mine look like terrible saggy messes. When I was a yoga tonight I saw the fat just hanging and it didn't make me happy...
Keep your head up- nothing to be self conscious about- plus you are still early out- your body is still adjusting
Who the hell asks that question?? I recall that happening to me once after I'd lost a bit of weight via weigh****chers... I SO know how you felt. It makes you second guess all the effort you put in. Don't... You look awesome!
FWIW, I agree with hubby the top does create an illusion of a baby bump.

I didn't start really losing my gut until I got 30 pounds from goal. Now it is dropping quick!
