Checking In-3 weeks Post-Op
I went for my 2 week post-op last week and everything was good. I have lost 28 pounds!!! I am still struggling to get in all my water and protein, but it gets easier everyday. I am on my second week of soft foods, but taking it slow. Somethings taste great, others not so much.
I went back to work last week and am tired when I get home but I feel really good. I have had no complications, nausea etc. Still a little soreness if I do to much, but not to bad.
I'm so glad I had this done!

Sounds like you are doing well. Tired is to be expected.

I am 2 weeks out and down 14lbs I still get a little sore and tired but feeling better everyday starting to take walks everyday. Just started soft foods and I am doing alright with those still struggling on fluids and protein tho and am only eating about 400 calories a day! Will the weight slow down if we are not reaching our food goals?
