Happy Wednesday!  I love these short work weeks.  HA!  So, I think I managed to track down everybody on Facebook last night.  If I didn't and you'd like to be my friend, lemme know!  Please be my friend.  LOL

I'm challenging myself this week to wear a skirt/dress every day.  Today's outfit:  turquoise paisley pencil skirt, white t and a rocking statement necklace.  Notice the distinct lack of black/khaki.  That's because I wore a black dress yesterday.  LMAO 

 

                                                            

 

                                                                                                                                     

QOTD!  Do you know how to swim? Nikki, no need to answer this one.  LOL  I found out recently that my husband's oldest brother doesn't know how to swim.  I'm...not even sure how to process that.  I can't remember a time when I didn't know how to swim.  I wish I had a pool.  sigh  

Time since surgery:  22+ months

B:  Large DD blueberry iced coffee with milk and 3 Splendas (my fave), Friendship Fit to Go cottage cheese and a Del Monte fruit and veggie fusion cup.  I raided my son's lunch fixins' for that one.

S:  HB egg and a cheese stick

L: BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD!  And pork rinds.  LOL

D:  lobster salad on romaine and roasted asparagus.  This sounds super fancy, but it's not.  I'm using faux lobster meat.  LOL

TOTALS:  Cals:  866  Protein:  85  Carbs:  63  Fat:  31

Yikes, that carb number is outside of my comfort zone.  Why does fake lobster meat have so many carbs?!  I may need to rethink this dinner...

I love to swim! My condo has a pool and I have vowed never to live somewhere without one again!

Uh oh. I have a fear that my re-addiction to coffee is causing GERD again. Tomorrow, I'm going to try to lay off the stuff for a few days and see if that helps... [insert sad face].
