What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Water submersion and dexascan are equally accurate... With the dexa you get more info. The place I went to regularly runs a groupon. I think Deanna found a university that did it cheap. I am considering a follow up one next time I visit my son.

Good Morning!
How great is it that it is already Tuesday?! Sounds like you had a fantastic time with your girlfriends. And pass on my congratulations to Anny!!
We had such fun weekend up at the cabin, the weather was great and the kids were well behaved - doesn't get much better than that! We got a chance to take the kayaks out, makes me wish we lived on a lake so I could go at home. We're definitely going to do a couple rental day-trips this summer!
My eating went pretty well for the most part. I didn't drink enough water this weekend, and I can really feel it this morning. I did splurge and get a kid size scoop of no sugar added ice cream from the a local dairy farm/ice cream parlor. The wait to get in the door was 25 minutes, but so worth it! We didn't get a chance to grocery shop when we got home last night, but today's menu is pretty decent.
QOTD: As an obvious one, I cannot stand the smell of puke, it is the worst. A close second is this hazelnut coffee someone in the other department makes. It has this super obnoxious sweet smell and I can't stand it. And the cinnamon room spray makes me want to heave to - no worse smell than the smell of **** and cinnamon....

I'm worth it!
My hubby loves cinnamon spice smell. Once he had the spray in the bedroom, because I always yelled at him for his stinky gas. he sprayed that after a particularly nasty toot and I almost died. I had to switch out the air fresheners because the smell of cinnamon roll or whatever it was mixed with his nasty gas almost did me in.
Good Morning Everyone!
I had a relaxing Memorial Day Weekend doing very little. Took the dogs for walks around the subdivision and we went further than we have before and I wasn't panting or out of breath!
QOTD: The absolute worst stench has got to be burning hair! My little brother burned his hair when we were kids and it was the worst smell ever! I'll never forget that reek!
Yesterday I ate: Protein shake, Muscletech protein bar, chicken w/ pasta carrots & peas, cottage cheese, string cheese sticks and a power bar protein bar. Today will probably be somewhat similar.
Exercise: Taking the dogs for a walk again.
Have a great day everybody!

Good morning!
QOTD: Worst smell - a mouse got into an outside wall and died during a midsummer heatwave. We couldn't track it down to open the wall and remove it. The smell in the house lingered for weeks. DISGUSTING!!!!!
Almost hate to mention food after that, but here goes:
B: chicken leg
L: FF ham w dijon mustard
D: chicken breast w wildberry jam (works like cranberry sauce)
S: yogurt, laughing cow cheese, chicken nibblers
Cal-865, protein-122
Congratulations to Anny and her fiance!
Morning AV. I am glad you had such a great time with old friends, it sounds wonderful. I was just telling my hubby this morning that I don't know what happened to the day yesterday, it just flew by. We always host, and as much as I have fun, I don't ever feel like I can sit and enjoy my day. I barely saw my guests because I was bouncing around trying to talk to everyone, and I barely even saw my 2 year old. We dodged a bullet with that, too. My toddler was so wiped out by 5pm that he fell asleep in my family room at about 5pm. I tried to wake him up about 6:30, but he wasn't having it, and hubby moved him up to bed at about 9. We just let him sleep totally expecting to have him wake us at about 3 or so, but when I got up at 6 this morning he was still sleeping. I snuck into his room to check on him and he woke up just as I went in, fully rested and in a great mood. He slept 13 hours!
I was bad with food yesterday. I wasn't even able to log anything after breakfast because I literally grazed all day long. I also drank a couple glasses of wine. Unlike you, AV, my choices didn't stay protein forward. Mostly my downfall was the chips that were everywhere. I may have eaten a few mini muffins. I did eat a turkey hotdog and some baked beans with turkey sausage in it, but really it was carb heavy and bad, bad, bad. So, I'm resetting today and I'm good with that because I don't want to eat any more chips for a very long time. I also feel like I didn't drink enough yesterday, so I'll be pushing fluids all day.
QOTD: I think it's got to be the cat litter box smell. I have 3 cats, and it's my teenagers job to clean the boxes regularly. We have 3 boxes, and he does a good job most of the time, but you can tell when he's maybe skipped a day. Drives me crazy.

Well YOUR two year old slept way better than MY two year old! ugh Poor Elliot was up until well past 10 screaming and terrified, at first I could NOT figure out why. He has a speech delay and sometimes I have no clue what he is saying But eventually I figured out he was afraid of the fireworks that someone (far away) was shooting off. He finally calmed down, but was up the rest of the night off and on crying that he was scared of the fireworks. Needless to say he did NOT want to get up this morning, and neither did I!!
You and me BACK ON TRACK!! Day #1
Good morning! My weekend was great, got home late Saturday night, so still had Sunday and Monday to hang with the kids and the hubs. Haiti was...Haiti. I'm glad I went and glad I'm back. Yesterday we had a quiet day at home, just the family and my parents. I didn't feel like inviting everyone like I usually do...grilled ribs and zucchini on the grill. Yum!
The worst smell is definitely a dead mouse you cannot find. Phew.
Calories & protein are a bit low today. Maybe I will add another snack or something later.
