Confession of pre op diet
Thank you to those who were kind and understand we are human and make mistakes.. very inspirational and helped me.. and no thanks to those who were judgement and criticized me for making a mistake and seeking support, but i have you know i have cheating ONE time since this post and have been making very good decisions. Im down 7 pounds and still have 7 days till surgery.. i also talked to my surgeon and she is 100 percent aware of everything and said ill be fine but need to be perfect from the day i talked to her (yesterday) till surgery. As i have been even before talking to her. I know i got this and its not an easy road.. but im ready to do this!! Thank yall again.
