Hello friends:

Even after going out for Ethiopian food last night (which I was only able to eat a few ounces of because it's quite spicy :) ), I weighed myself this morning and I was 249.8. So from my absolute highest weight I'm down 51 pounds! And from my surgery weight it's 40 pounds down.

Thanks for all your support; I couldn't do it without you great group of people.
