Hello all,

I've been observing this group from afar.  I am 19 months post RNY.  I maintained my current weight for several months.  I wish to lose 28 more.  I am also heading back to the pool tomorrow.  I've tried other forms of activity and my joints have not tolerated them.  The pool, walking and yoga are what I'm left with for now.  I am hoping that losing the extra weight will help those joints.

I so look forward to participating with this group.

Happy Sunday!  :-)

Today has been a good one:

Woke up early and made DH a banana bread breakfast casserole (like bread pudding) and sausage patties. It smelled amazing and I wanted to eat it. I suggested giving the rest to the neighbor and he was like- nu uh- this is all mine...lol

I went to yoga at 11 then to the grocery store.

Came back home and made ham and 15 bean soup in the instant pot.

QOTD: my RNY probably- I spent my life thinking it was an easy way out and struggling with obesity from age 5. It was a hard decision and had been difficult for mt and DH also.
