What a rough week you've had! And not sleeping well makes everything worse. Here's to a nice relaxing time by the pool!

I don't feel very good today. Really weak and shaky. My two days of work on Wednesday and Thursday really wiped me out. I didn't feel like eating yesterday and probably didn't get enough protein. I am getting lots of fluids though.

Qotd: I have some great friends but BFF has to go to my friend Teresa. We were roommates in college, 23 years ago. During college, I introduced her husband to her and she introduced my husband to me. I guess it's good we had different taste in men, lol. We grew apart for a couple of years after college but got back together about 20 years ago when we had our first kids. We've been through lots of ups and downs: 4 kids each, homeschooling, husbands unemployed, really deep depression for me, and the death of a child for her. Wow, that sounds like a downer, but those hard times cemented our friendship. She's moved from Colorado to California but we're still close and talk all the time. Love, love, love her!

I can't even think about food right now. I just had a protein coffee. I don't think I'll eat anything for the rest of the day, just kidding. Maybe I'll post my food later when I feel human again.

QOTD: my BFF is Kay. Friends since kindergarten. That's almost 45 years now. She's from family of 7 and me from 12 (yes raised Catholic - non denom now). We lived 1 block apart and were together all the time at each other's houses or as we got older "met on the corner" in between to yak. Our moms treated each like their own (what's one more?) all our lives. My mom passed in 2010 so her mom signs cards and such as mom2. She's been one of biggest WLS supporters. Even tho Kay married into Air Force and lived all over for 20 years we've always just picked right back up. She's got kids and now grandkids and I've got a dog but it all just still works. 

Menu is coffee laced with premier protein (not as wild as Cynthia's miralax lol), top of breakfast pizza and maybe some crust (my work has awesome cafeteria and carry out services - sometimes too good bad things if u get my drift), Costco oven roasted turkey & cheese with spring greens, Kay's naturals cinnamon toast pretzels (so good) or mr cheese o's cheddar

Cal 863  protein 87 carb 49 fat 36

I'm a skeptic when it comes to those sleep trackers. I think when we have too much information, it causes us to respond needlessly. Hopefully Grim coming home and girlfriend time will get you some pep in your step.

ive been to the gym and am at WW. I get my 10# ribbon today :-) no real plans for today-- would love to just get outside and walk around.

qotd: I dont like this one. Sad Reality is I don't have friends in real life. I've never been able to maintain an ongoing balanced, healthy friendship. I have a girlfriend I met in college and we still keep in contact-- but she's more of a summer friend-- we're pretty much out of touch the rest of the year. I've had plenty of women I've made a connection with, but either work or distance or lifestyle drives a wedge between us.

m4: ?? Not sure is we'll grill today or tomorrow

I get it. I have cut a lot of people out of my life when I realize that the relationship is no longer healthy. In the last month I have just reconnected with two people who I thought were gone forever. I'm not sure what to think about it, really.

Good morning crew! Made it home very easily yesterday and even got "felt up" by a TSA agent-but made it through security in less than 10 mins at LAX. So today will be spent on some errands, laundry and such. Enjoyed my week in SoCal and wanted to bring some cooler weather with me but it didn't seem to work since it will most likely hit 100 this week and highest temp of 102 the day of Em's all day softball tourney! I better bring lots of water and sunblock!

QOTD: My friend Cori that I've known since 2nd grade. We haven't seen each other in years but totally need to. This is of course after my sissy who is my true BFF!!

Menu will look something like this:B: latte and my eggbeaters, cheese and bacon (I have missed it this week!) L: Banana cream protein shake with PB2 and ice D: not sure yet but I think I might make some of the cloud bread rolls and have a turkey and Swiss cheese sandwhich with carrots S: Latte, pork rinds, jerky and yogurt. Will keep totals around 1100 with protein over 100. Exercise: 6 miles done. Vits and water on track.

Glad you made it home safely!

I always get that special pat-down from the TSA. They can pretend they don't ethnically profile all they want...but I think I am proof that they do! I am okay with it--I just wish they'd buy me flowers or something!

Good morning everyone!!!!!  JB I hope the sunshine helps you feel better today! 

Yesterday was amazing! My youngest daughter and her partner WON their event at the finals rodeo! So super proud of them! 

Holy moly people that I haven't seen from the very beginning of the season have complimented me on my weight loss. That makes me extremely proud of myself!! Nobody knows I have had surgery except my very immediate family. 

B-Premier Protein shake

L-2 oz chicken salad with one ritz cracker ( I caved)

D- 2 oz crock pot roast and green beans maybe 

S-Cheese stick 

S-Pork rinds if it's a late night at the rodeo
