3 Mo. Post Op Labs
I haven't heard from my surgeon yet, but my results were posted in my on-line chart tonight.
So, my B12 is too high at: 1372 (a few years ago it was at 269) I guess that's what higher protein & B12 supplements will do for ya! Time to cut back a bit. Of course, I just bought 1,000 unit B12 a few days ago. Maybe it's going to be every other day now.
Iron is a a bit low. I imagine I have to add at least a little more iron, I hate adding iron. I'm post menopausal, and I thought normal iron levels was supposed to be a perk! Guess not... I wonder how much iron I'll have to add, I hope I can start low!

I would not call your B12 high, at all. Ifor it was me, I would continue the same dose.
Iron is definitely low. It can take a LOT of iron to see an increase in your labs.

Yes, leave the B-12 alone. I thought the same thing early out... Oh my B-12 is too high I will cut back. Even though on Blood Work I was in a lower but normal range, I started having low B-12 symptoms. Numbness in fingers and toes. No good. High B-12 is not damaging...
Kudos on the A1c.

I also want to confirm what the others said about B12. Like others, I aim to keep it appreciably above 1000. I wouldn't lower my dose...
Of most concern to me is your ferritin level. 32 is low -- and your iron is low, too. I would insist they get on that immediately -- take it from someone who knows!
