CAMAW-Critter Killer!
Fruit! Definitely. Yogurt in the morning for breakfast too.
I am having the worst leg cramps. Drinking more water seems to help but uhg it has been miserable.

Isn't yogurt allowed? I thought that fell under critter, dairy.

Ooh that's rough, I can't give up my coffee with cream in it & weirdly enough I still crave cottage cheese. I'm weird.

I want my peanut butter! Waaahh! I got so used to sucking on those peanut butter chimes, & powdered peanut butter, really had a peanut butter thing going on, but it was the only thing that kept me away from butterfingers. Waaaahhh again!

Oh, I'm with you on the Peanut Butter!!! I'd sell my left boob if I could eat it all day with no weight gain (seriously, I could put it on anything). But it's a trigger food for me and once I start it's too hard to stop. So, I miss PB every day! Except PB2, I allow myself that at least 1-2 times a week. Missing it this week for sure.
Hang in there - you're doing GREAT!!!
I'm cracking up !

Ya know...it occurs to me that "giving my left boob" meant more before RNY. Now...it is more like, "I'd give what is left of my boob." LOL
