QOTD: hmmm- I think my favorite trip was a cruise we took to St Martin, St Thomas, grand cayman. It was beautiful and the bathrooms werent gross or too smelly. I also liked the belize/Honduras cruise. Trip to India was fascinating but it was a work trip so not much sightseeing...
went to mixed level yoga last night- lady in front of me was a smoker and she really smelled up my area in a bad way. Sorry if anyone here is a smoker but it drives me crazy.
All meat cheese critter week is going well- down another pound today- but I still feel more hungry- or my head thinks I am.
I made this amazing pork roast last night in the instant pot. It was so good!

going jogging tonight- had a hard time on monday with it- I am getting faster but I felt after 1 mile jogging I needed to walk so only ended up doing 2.25 total. Not sure what that is about but I was frustrated with it.
Story of my life... hubby just called. FedEx can't even find the part at the depot to deliver it to the hospital, so he will NOT be home tonight. IF they can find the part there isn't going to be enough time for them to get it to the lab and him to fix the machine AND get a flight home.

Good morning all!
Best vacation is a toughie, I've cruised to Alaska 3 times and what a blast! But Europe has it beat with 3 weeks in England, Scotland, and then Paris, France where I was proposed to in the Aux Pied De Cochon Restaurant (very romantic).
CAMAW is coming along better than expected! Seems like I'm full most of the time, my urge for carbs and snacking is diminishing each day and I lost 1.6 pounds (even though the mounds of Miralax has yet to kick in - TMI).
