What's your favorite protein powder?

Many companies, such as Nashua Nutrition, sell sample packets of protein powders. That way you don't have to buy a large tub of something you don't care for.

However, like others have stated, you might want to seriously consider using your tool and eating dense proteins to remain satiated.

Well aren't you just a ray of sunshine. Good luck in your quest to lose the baby weight. But, if per chance you happen to find it isn't all that easy to lose weight drinking liquids, come back to this thread. You were given some great advice by people who took the time to try and help you.

Well I'm only 6 months out but I had a 6 month waiting period. We talked about keeping shakes around to fill in the voids. That's basically what you are doing. We are supposed to be here to lift one another up. Grabbing crap or nibbling on my kids foods are two reasons I ended up like I did. Small bad habits are hard to break. You can do this!

You're at a TOTALLY different stage of your journey than the OP. Shakes might be fine for you, you're still losing, but honestly... no one who is years out and trying to lose regain will benefit from drinking protein shakes rather than eating dense proteins. Our pouches are mature and therefore are somewhat larger than yours. Protein shakes used to be a meal for me. I was 18 months out when I noticed they weren't doing the trick any longer, so I stopped drinking them.

The OP didn't state anywhere that I've seen where she wants to use them to fill in the voids. To me, that means using them to get in extra calories. ( I'll re-read the thread to make sure ) My understanding is she wants to use them for weight loss, which just won't help her. It's not sustainable at years out. She'll be miserable only drinking shakes at 5 years out.

I'm not going to be only drinking shakes.

Ok so I love the protidiet hot chocolate. It's so good! As a mother with young children I understand your position. Shakes are better than not eating or eating the wrong things. Good for you for trying to find something to help you in your current situation. Obviously you already know what you are "supposed" to do. This is the season you are in, so do what works for you. I also like the syntrax nectar lemonade and crystal sky. Hope that helps! ??

Thank you so much for the recommendations! You said it exactly right, I'm trying to find something to help me get through this season of life and a shake is definitely better than not eating or eating junk.

Premier Protein in chocolate.

Why are you so opposed to hearing opinions from people who've maintained their weight loss for long periods of time?
