Very sorry for your loss :( I'm super impressed that you are committing to CAMAW while dealing with that much stress. Inspiring!

Good morning everyone! I'm super late, work calls, as usual. I actually took pictures of my CAMAW critter menu yesterday so you can see I wasn't lying.
QOTD: I have no idea how much vacation I get, I earn 6ish hours every 2 weeks and I suck at math. I always seem to have time when I take it though (which isn't very often). I'm going to San Francisco in June to watch the Giants play, but other than that, I have no other planned time off. Oh, and Kakesie, I have no fur babies
B: a piece of bologna
L: tuna pack
D: hard boiled egg
S: Babybell cheese
I haven't felt that great this week, so it's been rough getting that much food down. Here's my menu from yesterday, um, sideways:
I haven't deviated much from it today, except for the Babybell.
I'm sorry about your colleague, Elizabeth. My partner's best friend committed suicide in July and he's still reeling from it. It's hard.
Good morning all of you cool kids. I feel your pain, AV. Crazy mornings are a killer. I had a 7:00 am Board meeting in Vancouver. It is just over the border in Washington. The problem is that there is a river that you have to cross to get there and back, with two bridges to do that. Traffic is horrendous with the commuters. A 7:00 am meeting puts me on the road back to the office in Portland at the peak of rush hour. It takes me 20 minutes to get there, and this morning took me 1-1/2 to get back. I hate it!
QOTD #2: I don't have any children, but I am the proud auntie to 10 nieces and nephews, and 12 greats. I love them to pieces. I also have a kitty, Layla, that pretty much rules the house. It is probably a good thing that I don't have children. I would have spoiled them rotten and they would have grown up to be terrors. I spoil my nieces, nephews and greats like it is my job.
QOTD #1: I don't have any set time off, and can just take what I need (within reason). I usually take 4-6 weeks a year. This year I took 2 weeks for Hawaii and will take 1 week in October for Desert Trip/Palm Springs. The rest of the time will be a day here and there for long weekends. Maybe a week around Christmas, but we'll see. I kind of like to be at work at that time because it is so quiet.
More CAMAW photos. First picture is my breakfast omelette from this morning, and the second is a rib eye that I grilled last night for dinner. I pretty much stuck to my menu yesterday, except I had rib eye instead of chicken for dinner.
