Good Morning!!  I am so scattered today and it's not even 9am.  My husband and I had to shuttle cars and drop off his old van at the shop this morning and then he drove me to work.  I hate being driven to work because I feel like I'm trapped here.  It's not like I would go anywhere anyway, but still...  I could if I wanted to.  LOL

I also can't think of a QOTD.  Somebody throw one out there!

Time since surgery:  23+ months

B:  baked banana "protmeal" and 22 grams of PB.  Don't judge me.

S:  bananas & cream coffee shake.  Have I mentioned lately how much I love the Nutri-bullet?

L:  sweet and spicy salmon pouch, HB egg and a cheese stick

D:  shrimp ****tail and an ounce of sharp cheddar

TOTALS:  Cals:  886  Protein:  103  Carbs:  43  Fat:  35

Have a great day!!

I have no question for question of the day.

Someone scheduled a meeting at 7 am so I'm mrs cranky pants this morning. Hopefully I move past it. but it is hard and am in a royal mood. Plus I keep getting projects dumped on me here.

So I realized the cheese meat week is making me more hungry! not sure what that was= maybe im was having a big pouch day.

Maybe we should do a compare from previous days menu on this post? Like what was planned versus what was eaten?

Anyway, I pretty much stayed to my list from yesterday.

B: 2 oz shrimp, 1/2 tsp ****tail sauce, 1 egg white, decaf, miralax

S: carbmaster yogurt key lime

L: not sure

S: egg white/cheese?

D: I think chicken or a pork roast in instant pot- not sure though!

S: probably some protein ice cream or another yogurt

Yoga tonight- different class. my unlimited month is running out on June 3! yikes. Decided not to renew for june- they are having less classes and there are at least 1-2 free ones per week I can take. Plus I just shelled out for the 5k for humane society in June!

Here's a QOTD: How many weeks of vacation do you get and what do plan to do with them?  I get 4 weeks of vacation (I get 5 weeks in two more years yahoo).  I took a week in April in Florida, will do a week in Boston in July, and then I save the other two weeks for Christmas time.

How is CAMAW going gang?  Great for me!  Man oh man, eating just dense protein I am so full and I don't get hungry at all!  its like being a fresh post op again! Its fabulous!  Tell me how everyone is doing?

Time since surgery: 2 years & 6 months

B: coffee x 2 with splenda & lactose free milk one can of tuna with balsamic dressing & a cheese stick

L: can of tuna with balsamic dressing & a cheese stick

S: didn't pack anything, I have not been hungry...

D: 5oz of grilled bbq chicken breast with cranberry goat cheese melted over

S: 2 slices of deli salami & 2 laughing cow cheese wedges

Totals: 922 calories, 142 protein, 18 carbs, 42 fat

V/W: vits are done, calcium chews on alarms, lots of coffee/tea/water with SF cranberry juice

E: 5km run at lunch, going to the gym tonight to do a Step class & will take the dogs out for 2-3km later this evening when the sun goes down, they suffer terribly in the heat and we have to change out walking schedule come the summer heat

Have a great day everyone!

DAISY!!!  What week are you in Boston?  Boston peeps, we should have a meetup!

QOTD:  I get only 2 weeks vacation as I have not hit 5 years here yet, but instead of sick time we have personal time so it can be used as vacation time as well.

QOTD: I get 4 weeks of vacation, we normally use two weeks as actual vacations, and then the rest I use when the kids are sick etc

We will be camping at Acadia National Park in Maine at the end of June.  I dont know what we will do for the second week, either just staying home and not having to go to work or maybe camping if we can swing the money.

I get 23 days a year to use for everything, including sick time.  Which sucks.

QOTD #2.  I have twin girls, age 22.  Both graduated from college and have full-time jobs!  One is a winemaker and one is rep for wine in grocery stores (do you notice a trend here?). I now have an empty nest, so it is good and bad.  Luckily we are close and still see each other as often as possible.  My kids and husband tell me all the time how horrible I am for never letting them have a dog, but we are/were just never home enough for them.  I felt it would be unfair.  We had horses for many years though.  We have 2 cats now.  One is pretty old (had to put another one to sleep this summer that was the same age) and a 5 year old cat that was one we fostered. She doesn't breathe very well, which is why we kept her and the vet says there isn't anything that can be done and she  is happy and healthy otherwise.  She acts just like a dog. Waits at the door, comes when you call her, sits outside the shower when I shower.  Never leaves my side when I am home.

OK.  I have goofed off enough at work. Heading back to my desk

Cory
