What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Weekend was super- posted about it sat and sunday on the thread so won't repeat myself.
My office is in the basement and the past few weeks I've gotten SO COLD all the time. The temp said it was 67 down here and I'm wearing leggings, shirt, overshirt. and still freezing. Brought down the space heater. Now I'm warming up. The ac is just not even running down here because it is staying so cool. Good for the bill, not good for my freezing butt.

Ready to start the CAMAW challenge. I've got a bit of a cold/sore throat, so I'm skipping the gym today. I have my 3 month follow up with my surgeon tomorrow, so I'm curious to see how my labs turn out - esp. the A1C. I made a decision this weekend, there's a possible job opening coming up at my DD's school that I'm going to apply for that I REALLY want, but, if I don't get that, I'm going back to school for a certificate program. I already went ahead and filled out my FAFSA forms and I qualify for a Pell Grant! So, we'll see what happens.

Kristen so sorry to hear about the migraine, that is so upsetting. I used to get bad migraines, and I mean go to the hospital bad migraines so I know your pain. I hope it has gone away and you can now get back to feeling better and living life. Turns out I had a food allergy and I was literally "feeding" the allergy daily hence why my migraines were so bad. Might want to look into that.
Great job on little man and his pitching!! Congrats on the win!!

no big secret, I bought the salmon filet from the grocery store, I "poke" holes in it with a fork, pour Kraft Balsamic salad dressing over it, maybe 1 - 2 tablespoons worth, put that in a Ziploc freezer bag, throw in the fridge until I am ready to eat and then bbq. EASY PEASY!

Oh yum. That salmon sounds so good! I need to pick some up. and fill up my propane tank. I ran it out of fuel the last time I used the grill, so I have been using a grill pan on the stove because I keep forgetting to fill up the blasted tank!

MA I am so neurotic when it comes to the whole bbq tank fill up. Come Spring I bbq everything, and I mean everything so I actually have two tanks, and come Spring I get them both filled up, if one runs out then I have the back up filled and ready to go and I don't get dinner interrupted. The one that is empty gets filled up the very next day and then it is there if I need it and I just keep rotating them. My parents actually bought me the second bbq tank as a bday gift a few years ago because we grill so much, its worth the investment if you are a griller like me!
