Hi Everyone! Happy ACAMAW Week!
It was cold, very windy and rainy this weekend, so the dogs only got one walk instead of two. This sure has been a stormy Spring!
Not sure what's on my menu for today, but I know it will be cheese, meat and critter! I will post what I ate tomorrow.
Have a great day everyone!

Hey gang...I'm really not feeling this whole Monday thing today. I'm generally a pretty positive person but I'm hitting a limit, here. I'm worried about a family member's sobriety, worried about Grim and his family, worried about work deadlines, and my stupid ankle just isn't healing as it should. Combined with a lack of sleep and allergies, I could really use a day in bed. But alas, I'm hanging with inner-city middle schoolers, instead. Relaxing, no?
I'm pretty psyched for my CAMAW menu, though!
B: cold brew coffee with skim milk & 1 oz Hormel mini-pepperonis
S: tuna and Parmesan crisps
L: Sliced Turkey and melted Brie
S: deli turkey and Swiss roll ups
D: Chinese restaurant with friends, so I'll get the beef teriyaki
Totals: Haven't entered into MFP yet. I'll try to update later.
Hang in there...been thinking a lot about Grim myself. Oh and allergies? Ya that'll kick your butt.

First day of CAMAW Critter - here we go!
I just packed up my breakfast and lunch for the day... but I'm not sure how much of it I'll be able to eat, so this will be kind of a test for the rest of the week. I packed a lot of stuff, here's what I got:
HB Egg
2 oz ham
2 oz eye of round roast beef
2 oz rottiserie chicken
2 oz baked turkey breast
L&F Yogurt
BabyBel Cheese
LC Cheese
2 slices American 2% slices
Moon Cheese Pepper Jack
And, if there's room for dinner after all that, I'll cook up 3 ounces lean pork loin
This is such a strange experience, because even if I eat everything listed here today, (which I'm sure I can't)... MyFitnessPal put it at only 824 cals, 14 carbs and 103 PROTEIN!
This is going to be a strange and enlightening 5 day journey - can't wait to see what happens (it's so dang much food!)
Well as a vsg'r I wanted to join in on all the fun y'all have during challenges & I'm totally stocked up on cheese, maybe too much, but hell I like a challenge. So far today is:
Morning- Swiss gruyere cheese, drunken goat cheese with shrimp & oven roasted turkey breast slices
Lunch-Carved chicken breast grilled italian style, double gloucester & blue stilton cheese, with swiss emmenthal cheese
Dinner- Homestyle chicken salad with blue stilton cheese
Snack- Danish fontina cheese, baby bell mozzarella cheese
Protein 121, Cal 1,035, Fat 62 Carb 7
I'll probably drop 1 of my cheeses depending on my day, but I mentioned I liked cheese right? lol
