Best Vit D3

I am 5 yrs post op and now am very low on my D3.... Got my labs back and the normal range is 25-80 mine came back as back as 4.2 or less as my lab can't test or read any lower than that..... my doc wants me to start 10,000 daily asap ..... i ordered bariatric advanctace dry vit d 5000 but it will take at least a week to get to me so until then i need something else.... I want to get this fixed asap as i will need to get blood/iron transfusions to fix anemia too

Pretty much any brand of dry (not oil-based) Vit D is fine.  (Your post got cut off so it doesn't say how low yours is or how much you are taking...)

It is 50,000 iu . yes. A lot. When I was low on D I used that nce a day for a week..then scaled down to 2 times a week for the next month. Retested. 

Too high D is toxic. So if you decide to take a lot daily - make sure you get blood work done more often. 

Now I take it 2 times a week..it is enough to keep my D in a very good range. 

The bottle has 100 caps. That one small bottle lasts me for a year at my current use. 

I use this brand as well, but in the 5000 iu dosage. I struggle with taking supplements weekly, so the 5000 unit allows me to take it daily with everything else (I take 15000 iu daily). 

Ditto what HALA said.  One 50,000 IU D3 a week from Amazon, and I'm good to go.  I take that and my B-12 on Mondays and my levels have been pitch perfect for a few years now.

I am still using patchmd D3 patches and since surgery my blood work was fine with the exception of early on low sodium but I upped my salt and perfectomundo since then.  The only ones I take by mouth are hair skin and nails, disolvable biotin and chewable probiotics.
