Gallstones are the worst!  So grateful my surgeon did the removal surgery ASAP. Much better since.  Hope you feel better soon.

Good morning! I am having a crappy weight week. I haven't lost anything since Monday, which is annoying since I'm so early out. I know it's normal, but still sucks. The most exotic place I have been is Haiti, hopefully in December Hawaii will get added to that, as we are planning to go there for our 20th anniversary! Woot Woot!

No matter how much you prepare for the stalls, they still suck!  I had read all about them and was prepared, but then they happened and I found myself getting frustrated and scared.  Obviously, you know to just stick with it, but I just wanted to give you a little

Keep working it and you will come through.  I stalled for weeks and now I've lost 4 pounds in 6 days doing nothing different.  Go figure. You are rocking this!

Try to soft scramble it- dont hard scramble it- I also mixed some ricotta with mine- so it was softer.

Thanks for starting, D!

Have I told you all lately how lucky I am to have the world's sweetest boyfriend? Really. I'm just so lucky...

In other news, yesterday was just stressful all around, and I chose to "eat my feelings" at an afternoon meeting. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I ate (I'm not kidding...) a handful of BBQ potato chips, two mini twix, 3 chocolate covered pretzels, 3 peanut butter filled pretzels and 2 sour gummy worms. WTF is wrong with me!?! On to better choices today...

QOTD: I've traveled a fair amount. Not sure what to say is the most "exotic"--the trick is just that wherever you go, get out of the touristy spots and see how the loals live!

B: Fit Frappe Mocha and bacon

S: Roast beef and muenster cheese roll ups

L: Turkey and Brie with low sugar dried cranberries

S: Mixed Berry Greek yogurt

D: Leftover ribeye (I cooked it myself last night and it was pretty okay!)

I can totally relate to the eating!  I ended up eating a small piece of pizza with my dinner last night at my sons meeting.  I had brought my own dinner because I knew there was going to be pizza and I wanted to avoid it.  I ended up skipping my evening snack because of it, but I'm pissed because I wasn't hungry and the pizza wasn't even that good.  Actually, the pizza was kinda crappy.

Yeah, I think calories-wise I was about even from what I planned on, but only because I replaced the healthy snacks with ****ty ones. I basically didn't eat any protein or drink anything all day. Brilliant, JB.

Don't you hate that? You eat something unplanned and it is not even good....
